«Στρατοπεδεύουμε» στα ορεινά, αλλά και στα πεδινά, περιδιαβαίνουμε λιθόστρωτα καλντερίμια, υποκλινόμαστε μπροστά σε μεγαλειώδη αρχοντικά και αποτίνουμε φόρο τιμής στα 11 πιο όμορφα χωριά της Ελλάδας.
ΣΥΡΡΑΚΟ
Θαρρείς πως οι βράχοι γεννούν, όταν αντικρίζεις ένα ολόκληρο χωριό «ντυμένο» με γκρίζα πέτρα!
Το Συρράκο, σκαρφαλωμένο στην απότομη πλαγιά του όρους Περιστέρι (ή Λάκμος) σε ύψος 1.200 μ. και σε απόσταση 52 χλμ. νοτιοανατολικά της πόλης των Ιωαννίνων, είναι παιδί της πέτρας. Κάθε κτήριο στο Συρράκο, από τα χαμόσπιτα μέχρι τα καλοδιατηρημένα αρχοντικά και τα παντοπωλεία, αποτελεί τμήμα μιας λίθινης ενότητας, αδιάσειστος μάρτυρας παρελθοντικής οικονομικής ευημερίας. Ξενώνες και εστιατόρια τηρούν κατά γράμμα το νόμο των Τζουμέρκων, ενώ το βουκολικό τοπίο ολοκληρώνουν οι βρύσες και τα καλντερίμια.
ΑΡΑΧΩΒΑ
Το 16ο αιώνα, στο άκουσμα της λέξης «Αράχωβα» σκεφτόταν κανείς τον ήσυχο οικισμό στους πρόποδες του Παρνασσού. Σήμερα, όμως, η Αράχωβα είναι άρρηκτα συνδεδεμένο με το πιο κοσμοπολίτικο χειμερινό θέρετρο της Ελλάδας! Το πέτρινο ρολόι μάς προϋπαντεί στην κουκλίστικη κωμόπολη, ο κεντρικός δρόμος μάς οδηγεί στην Πλατείας Λάκκα και τα σκαλιά του Εγκάρσιου μάς προκαλούν να τ’ ανεβούμε. Αφού απολαύσουμε τη θέα από την εκκλησία του Αϊ Γιώργη, κατηφορίζουμε στον κεντρικό δρόμο με σκοπό να υποκύψουμε σε gourmet πειρασμούς και παραδοσιακές γεύσεις!
ΑΒΔΗΡΑ
Στην κεντρική πλακόστρωτη πλατεία των Αβδήρων, στην Ξάνθη, μας υποδέχονται τα διώροφα παλιά σπίτια, το άγαλμα του φιλοσόφου Δημόκριτου και το παλαιό διδακτήριο-νυν Λαογραφικό Μουσείο. Τα αρχοντικά μάς προκαλούν να τους ρίξουμε μια ματιά, ενώ τα γραφικά δρομάκια να αφήσουμε πάνω τους τα ίχνη μας.
ΔΙΚΟΡΦΟ
Δίκορφο, ένα ανόθευτο κομμάτι γης, στα Ζαγοροχώρια, όπου ο τουρισμός δεν κατόρθωσε να διεισδύσει. Τα πρώτα «σκιρτήματα», όμως, είναι εμφανή, με κουκλίστικους ξενώνες και εστιατόρια που υμνούν την ηπειρώτικη κουζίνα.
ΑΝΩ ΔΟΛΙΑΝΑ
Τα Άνω Δολιανά «στέκουν» περήφανα στις πλαγιές του Πάρνωνα. Αμφιθεατρικά χτισμένα σε υψόμετρο 1.050 μ., έχουν χαρακτηριστεί ως το «μπαλκόνι της Αρκαδίας». Πραγματικά, το βλέμμα ταξιδεύει στο οροπέδιο της Τρίπολης, ενώ ευδιάκριτα είναι το Μαίναλο και ο Χελμός. Σημαντικό αξιοθέατο είναι το αρχηγείο του Νικηταρά.
ΑΣΠΡΟΠΟΤΑΜΟΣ
Ένας ποταμός με δύο ονόματα, Ασπροπόταμος ή Αχελώος, «ευλόγησε» την ομώνυμη περιοχή, στην Πίνδο. Βαθιές χαράδρες, άγρια βλάστηση και δεκάδες πηγές συνθέτουν το τοπίο. Από τις εικόνες που έχουν χαραχτεί ανεξίτηλα στη μνήμη μας είναι αυτή της Μονής Δολιανών.
ΑΓΙΟΣ ΑΧΙΛΛΕΙΟΣ – ΨΑΡΑΔΕΣ
Οι Πρέσπες, ανακηρυγμένες, σε εθνικό δρυμό -τον μεγαλύτερο της χώρας μας- προστατεύονται από τη Συνθήκη Ramsar και συγκαταλέγονται στους σημαντικότερους υδροβιότοπους της Γηραιάς Ηπείρου. Τα χωριά που αγγίζουν τις όχθες τους ελάχιστα. Σημαντικότερα εξ αυτών, ο παραδοσιακός οικισμός των Ψαράδων στη Μεγάλη Πρέσπα και ο Άγιος Αχίλλειος, το νησάκι που «πλέει» στα γαλήνια νερά της Μικρής. Σύμφωνα με ένα θρύλο λέγεται ότι μόνο 11 σπίτια υπάρχουν εκεί, καθώς το δωδέκατο πάντα καταρρέει! Ευτυχώς, το ένα έχει μετατραπεί σε ξενώνα! Όσο για τους Ψαράδες, είναι ο μοναδικός ελληνικός οικισμός στις όχθες της Μεγάλης Πρέσπας. Στο παραλίμνιο χωριό βρίσκονται αρκετά ενοικιαζόμενα καταλύματα και ψαροταβέρνες.
ΜΟΝΕΜΒΑΣΙΑ
Στον πολυτραγουδισμένο βράχο στο νοτιοανατολικό τμήμα του νομού Λακωνίας, βρίσκεται η μοναδική βυζαντινή καστρόπολη που έφτασε έως το σήμερα σχεδόν ανέπαφη από το χρόνο. Η Μονεμβασιά παραμένει ζωντανή, με ιππότες να «ξεπηδούν» από τα καλντερίμια και ζευγάρια να ζουν το απόλυτο όνειρο σε έναν τόπο με άρωμα Μεσαίωνα. Βαδίζουμε στην οδό Γιάννη Ρίτσου, το κεντρικό λιθόστρωτο καλντερίμι με μαγαζάκια τοπικών προϊόντων, λιγοστά cafes, εξίσου λιγοστά ταβερνάκια.
ΑΝΩ ΠΟΡΟΪΑ
Ο γραφικός οικισμός, χτισμένος αμφιθεατρικά στις δυτικές πλαγιές του όρους Μπέλες, αγναντεύει από υψόμετρο 395 μ. τα προστατευόμενα από τη Συνθήκη Ramsar ύδατα της λίμνης Κερκίνης. Το πλησιέστερο στον ξακουστό υδροβιότοπο χωριό χαρακτηρίζεται από σπίτια μακεδονίτικης αρχιτεκτονικής. Τα νερά από τις πηγές του Μπέλες κυλούν άφθονα, ενώ οι δεκάδες πέτρινες βρύσες που «ξεπηδούν» σε κάθε γωνιά χαρίζουν δροσιά σε ντόπιους και περαστικούς. Η «καρδιά» του χτυπά στην κεντρική πλατεία, εκεί όπου τα μικρά καφενεδάκια σφύζουν από ζωή.
ΔΙΛΟΦΟ
Μόνο 32 χλμ. από τα Ιωάννινα απέχει το βασίλειο της πέτρας. Εν μέσω πυκνής βλάστησης και κοντά στη χαράδρα του Βίκου, το Δίλοφο μας συστήνει έναν τόπο, όπου τα πάντα είναι λιθόχτιστα. Καλντερίμια, αρχοντικά και χαμόσπιτα, εκκλησιές, βρύσες και τοξωτά γεφύρια δηλώνουν υποταγή στο πιο σκληρό και άκαμπτο φυσικό υλικό. Η πρώτη ονομασία του χωριού ήταν Σομποτσέλι (στα βλάχικα σημαίνει «τόπος με πολλά νερά») απόλυτα δικαιολογημένη καθώς σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται οι ποταμοί Βοϊδομάτης και Μπαγιώτικος που προσφέρονται για extreme sports, όπως rafting.
ΑΓΙΟΣ ΓΕΡΜΑΝΟΣ
«Βλέπει» δύο λίμνες και μαγεύει τον ταξιδιώτη με την πέτρινη όψη του. Ο Άγιος Γερμανός, το πιο μεγάλο και ζωντανό χωριό στις Πρέσπες, με πολλές επιλογές διαμονής και σίτισης, ανακηρυγμένος παραδοσιακός οικισμός, είναι από τους λίγους που έχουν διατηρήσει εξολοκλήρου την παλιά αρχιτεκτονική του τόπου. Δεν είναι παρόχθιος, ωστόσο απέχει μόλις 7 χλμ. από τις μαγικές υδάτινες αγκαλιές και αποτελεί ιδανικό ορμητήριο για να τις εξερευνήσει κανείς.

Κανείς δεν είναι πλούσιος αν είναι άκληρος και καμία δεν είναι ωραία όταν είναι ανόητη και κανένας δεν είναι χαρούμενος όταν είναι κακός.
Να ζεις με πλήθουσα γύρω σου τη σιωπή και τα λόγια σου, όταν χρειάζουνται, να πέφτουν μετρημένα σαν τις καμπάνες της Μεγάλης Παρασκευής…
Να γελάς όταν τα πράγματα γίνονται απότομα σοβαρά και στο βουβό σχήμα των προσώπων γράφεται μια πολύ μακρινή προσδοκία. Έτσι που να φαίνεται ότι υπάρχει το βάθος. Και να θλίβεσαι, όταν το γελοίο διατρέχοντας όλα τα στάδια έκφρασής του, φτάνει στο αδιέξοδο: ντρέπεται δηλαδή τον ίδιο τον εαυτό του.
Να σέβεσαι ένα δέντρο περισσότερο από ένα βιβλίο. Ακόμη και όταν το τελευταίο είναι οι Ωδές του Κάλβου. Κι αν δεις ένα μικρό μυρμήγκι να τραβάει στη δουλειά του, είναι χρήσιμο να συλλογιστείς ότι το έργο που κάνει δεν είναι μικρότερο από μια σπουδαία αγόρευση του μεγάλου Βενιζέλου στη Βουλή.
Πάντα να τρως την ώρα που λησμόνησες πως πεινάς.
Γεννιόμαστε μέσα στην υποκρισία, μεγαλώνουμε μαζί της, την σπουδάζουμε με ζήλο, την διδάσκουμε με φανατισμό. Και όταν πεθαίνουμε, την αφήνουμε τρίτη Διαθήκη στα παιδιά μας.
Ο προσωκρατικός αιώνας, είναι η αψηλότερη στιγμή της ανθρώπινης συνείδησης.
Όταν κοιτάζεις τα βουνά -τον Ταύγετο, τον Ακροκόρινθο, το Δρίσκο- και κουβεντολογάς μαζί τους, να μην απορείς που δεν σου αποκρίνονται. Η σιωπή τους είναι τα λόγια όλων εκείνων που τα κοίταξαν πριν από σένα.
Από την κλασσική Ελλάδα οι άνθρωποι πήραν όσα δεν κατάλαβαν.
Εάν o ευρωπαϊκός μηδενισμός σημαίνει την άρνηση και την παρακμή, τον εκφυλισμό, τη σήψη, τη φθορά, και την απαισιοδοξία, το πνεύμα του Νίτσε είναι σε όλα αυτά το ακριβώς αντίθετο. Το γεγονός ότι του φόρτωσαν ο,τι ακριβώς δεν έχει, και ο,τι καταμήνυσε στους άλλους, πηγάζει από την ψυχολογία του κλέφτη, που φωνάζει για να φοβηθεί ο νοικοκύρης.
Κανένας σοβαρός μελετητής του κλασικού κόσμου δεν θά ‘χε να δείξει κάποιον άνθρωπο ή λαό που κλείστηκε στον λαβύρινθο της απελπισίας και πάλεψε τον Μινώταυρο του ανθρώπινου πόνου, ηρωικότερα και σεμνότερα από τους Έλληνες.
Οι πλούσιοι ποτέ δεν ρωτούν, αν αξίζουν εκείνο που κατέχουν. Οι πένηντες ποτέ δεν στοχάζουνται, τι είναι εκείνο που ζητούν.
Η εικόνα της ταφής ενός ακαδημαϊκού με στεφάνια, επικήδειους, βιβλία συλλυπητηρίων κλπ, είναι διαφορετική από την εικόνα μιας μανιάτισσας που μοιρολογεί τον άντρα της. Η ευαισθησία του λαού είναι άλλο πράγμα από την υπεροψία των διανοουμένων.
Χωρίς λίγη ανταρσία στο αίσθημα, λίγη τρέλα στο μυαλό, λίγον ίλιγγον που φέρνουν τα κοφτερά βράχια και τα φωτερά μετέωρα, χωρίς κάποιους οραματικούς σπασμούς και μερικές ενδείξεις μοναχικού παραμιλητού, δεν είναι εύκολο να ξεμακρύνει κανείς από την πεπατημένη.
Όταν δεν υπάρχει γύρω μας τίποτα το αληθινό, πως να υποψιαστούμε ότι όλα είναι ψεύτικα;

Πως μπορούμε να διαμορφώσουμε το χώρο μας έτσι ώστε να διώξουμε την αρνητική ενέργεια και να πετύχουμε αυτά που θέλουμε στη ζωή μας.
Αν θέλετε και εσείς να καλυτερέψετε την καθημερινότητα σας, τόσο στην προσωπική όσο και στην επαγγελματική σας ζωή δεν έχετε παρά μόνο να αλλάξετε στο χώρο σας μερικά πράγματα που πολλές φορές μπλοκάρουν τη θετική ενέργεια.
2) Πρέπει να ξεφορτωθούμε τα αντικείμενα κάτω από το κρεβάτι μας που δημιουργούν ακαταστασία. Ένας καλός ύπνος είναι το κλειδί για μία καλή μέρα και μία καλή ζωή, γι’ αυτό το κρεβάτι μας πρέπει να μην έχει πράγματα από κάτω του για να έχουμε μία καλή ενέργεια στο χώρο μας.
3) Οι καθρέφτες είναι ένα διακοσμητικό που όλοι επιλέγουμε για να ομορφύνουμε το χώρο μας και γιατί φυσικά είναι χρήσιμοι καθημερινά για να βλέπουμε τους εαυτούς μας. ΄Όμως προσοχή, ένας καθρέφτης που μας «κόβει» στη μέση εκπέμπει αρνητική ενέργεια, το ίδιο και ένας vintage καθρέφτης ο οποίος παρόλο που μπορεί να αποτελέσει ένα ωραίο διακοσμητικό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα πολλές φορές να μην συμβαίνουν ξεκάθαρα ή ολοκληρωμένα πράγματα στη ζωή μας αν αυτός ο καθρέφτης δεν έχει μία καθαρή εικόνα.
4) Το γραφείο, το κρεβάτι και οι καρέκλες που συνηθίζουμε να καθόμαστε στο χώρο μας, πρέπει να είναι με τέτοιο τρόπο τοποθετημένα ώστε να έχουμε πλήρη έλεγχο του δωματίου. Αφήστε την πλάτη σας να κοιτάει την πόρτα και επικεντρωθείτε στον έλεγχο του δωματίου σας.
5) Το τελευταίο και πιο σημαντικό απ’ όλα είναι να έχετε ένα χώρο καθαρό από σκόνη και περιττά αντικείμενα. Πετάξτε αντικείμενα που δεν χρησιμοποιείτε, ρούχα που δεν φοράτε, ηλεκτρονικές συσκευές τις οποίες τόσα χρόνια τις έχετε και απλά πιάνουν χώρο. Όταν ελευθερώσετε το χώρο σας από τα περιττά αντικείμενα, στέλνετε μήνυμα στο σύμπαν πως είστε έτοιμοι και αναζητάτε κάτι καινούργιο, πως εμπιστεύεστε το σύμπαν και αναμένετε αυτό που είναι έτοιμο να σας προσφέρει.

Η αγκαλιά είναι ένα από τα πιο καταπληκτικά πράγματα που η φύση σχεδίασε για μας.
Κάθε άνθρωπος έστω και για μια φορά στη ζωή του έχει βιώσει την έντονη επιθυμία να αγκαλιάσει κάποιον. Αυτή η ανάγκη μπορεί να προκληθεί είτε από αγάπη, είτε από αίσθημα άνεσης με κάποιον είτε από μοναξιά.
Είναι γεγονός ότι η αγκαλιά ενισχύει τις σχέσεις μας. Έχει πέρασε από το μυαλό σας ότι ίσως υπάρχει επιστημονική εξήγηση γι ‘αυτό; Λοιπόν, υπάρχει!
Οι ορμόνες στο σώμα μας ξέρουν τι κάνουν.
Οι αγκαλιές διεγείρουν την παραγωγή της ωκυτοκίνης, η οποία μερικές φορές αναφέρεται ως “συγκόλλητική ορμόνη” επειδή μας δίνει την αίσθηση της ενσυναίσθησης, της εμπιστοσύνης, της σεξουαλικής επιθυμίας και ένα σωρό άλλων συναισθημάτων που προκαλεί μια υγιής σχέση.

1. Ενισχύει το συναισθηματικό δεσμό και την αγάπη

Αυτό έχει μεγάλη σημασία για τα ζευγάρια με παιδιά, για τα οποία το ειδύλλιο δεν μπορεί πλέον να αποτελεί την ύψιστη προτεραιότητα. 3. Διώχνει το άγχος
Σύμφωνα με ένα πείραμα, που διεξήχθη από τη θεραπεύτρια και ερευνήτρια Beate Ditzen, η οξυτοκίνη “χτυπάει” την κορτιζόλη, την ορμόνη του στρες. Σήμερα το άγχος είναι η πιο κοινή “ασθένεια” μεταξύ των σύγχρονων ανθρώπων. Απαλλαγμένοι από τα βλαβερά συναισθήματα, μπορούμε να μειώσουμε τον κίνδυνο καρδιακής προσβολής. Έτσι, αντί να καταναλώσουμε ένα κοκτέιλ από χάπια για να αισθανθούμε καλύτερα, μπορούμε απλά να πάρουμε κάποιον που αγαπάμε μια αγκαλιά.
4. Ανακουφίζει από τον πόνο
Ας πάμε πίσω όταν ήμασταν μικρά παιδιά. Θυμάστε, όταν χρειαζόμασταν κάποιον να μας φιλάει και να μας αγκαλιάζει όταν παθαίναμε κάτι; Τότε πιστεύαμε στη μαγική δύναμη των μαμάδων και μπαμπάδων που μπορούσε να πάρει μακριά τον πόνο. Τώρα πιστεύουμε στην μαγική δύναμη της ωκυτοκίνης. Η ορμόνη που μας κάνει να αισθανόμαστε καλά έχει αποδειχθεί ότι απαλύνει τον πόνο, οπότε μια καλή δόση αγκαλιάς μπορεί πραγματικά να κάνει σωματικό πόνο να εξαφανιστεί ή τουλάχιστον να τον κάνει πολύ πιο υποφερτό.
5. Ενισχύει το ανοσοποιητικό σύστημα
Υπάρχει ένας ισχυρός δεσμός μεταξύ του εγκεφάλου και του ανοσοποιητικού συστήματος, και ως εκ τούτου ό,τι υπάρχει στο κεφάλι μας επηρεάζει την υγεία μας θετικά ή αρνητικά. Σύμφωνα με την Shara Cohen το να παραμένουμε ήρεμοι, αισιόδοξοι, το να εκφράζουμε τα συναισθήματά μας και το να έχουμε στενές προσωπικές σχέσεις αποτελούν πολύ καλούς τρόπους για να ενισχύσουμε το ανοσοποιητικό μας σύστημα και να διατηρήσουμε μια καλή υγεία. Τα καλά νέα είναι ότι η αγκαλιά μπορεί να μας δώσει τα ίδια αποτελέσματα. Εμείς το μόνο που χρειάζεται να κάνουμε είναι μια αγκαλιά!
6. Μας βοηθά να κοιμηθούμε
Όπως έχουμε ήδη πει, η ωκυτοκίνη αντιμετωπίζει τις συνέπειες της κορτιζόλης (η ορμόνη του στρες). Έτσι λοιπόν όταν απελευθερώνεται στον εγκέφαλο προωθεί την ποιότητα του ύπνου μας διότι η απελευθέρωση της στον οργανισμό μας έχει σαν αποτέλεσμα μας κάνει να αισθανόμαστε πιο ήρεμοι και γαλήνιοι.
7. Μειώνει τις κακές συνήθειες
Σύμφωνα με πρόσφατες μελέτες, μια άλλη ενδιαφέρουσα επίδραση της ωκυτοκίνης είναι η ικανότητά της να μειώνει την επιθυμία για τρόφιμα, ναρκωτικά, αλκοόλ και άλλα οπιοειδή. Η αγκαλιά μπορεί να μας αποτρέψει από μια νυχτερινή επίσκεψη στο ψυγείο. καθώς και από άλλες κακές συνήθειες.
Η αγκαλιά είναι ένα από τα πιο καταπληκτικά πράγματα που η φύση σχεδίασε για εμάς… και δεδομένου ότι αυτό το άρθρο τελειώνει κάπου εδώ, ήρθε μάλλον η ώρα να πάρετε κάποιον αγκαλιά!
