1. Μάσκα Μπανάνα

Συστατικά που απαιτούνται:

  • 1 κρόκος αυγού
  • 2 λειωμένες μπανάνες
  • 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού χυμός λεμονιού

Ανακατέψτε όλα τα υλικά, απλώστε το μείγμα μετέπειτα στα μαλλιά σας και τυλίξτε το κεφάλι με μια πλαστική σακούλα και βάλτε μια πετσέτα πάνω από τη σακούλα. Αφήστε το μείγμα να επιδράσει για 30 λεπτά και ξεπλύνετε.

2. Μάσκα Πορτοκάλι

Συστατικά που απαιτούνται:

  • 1 φλιτζάνι γιαούρτι,
  • 1 φλιτζάνι χυμός πορτοκαλιού

Στρατηγική για την προετοιμασία:

Ανακατέψτε το χυμό πορτοκαλιού και το γιαούρτι. Απλώστε το μείγμα επάνω στα μαλλιά σας, τυλίξτε το κεφάλι με μια πλαστική σακούλα και τοποθετήστε μια πετσέτα πάνω από την πλαστική σακούλα. Αφήστε τη μάσκα για τριάντα λεπτά και ξεπλύνετε τελείως.

Πόσες γυναίκες κοιτάζουν τον εαυτό τους στον καθρέφτη και αναγνωρίζουν στο είδωλό τους μια πραγματικά όμορφη γυναίκα; Πόσες βαδίζουν ανάμεσα σε κόσμο νιώθοντας απολύτως καλά με τον εαυτό τους, έχοντας πλήρη αυτοπεποίθηση για την εμφάνισή τους και -κυρίως- γνωρίζοντας τι πρέπει να κάνουν για να δείχνουν πάντα όμορφες; Όχι πολλές! Τι είναι, λοιπόν, αυτό που κάνουν οι πραγματικά όμορφες γυναίκες και ξεχωρίζουν; Ακολουθήστε τις συμβουλές τους:

1. Να ενυδατώνεστε. Πάντα.

2. Να ξέρετε, όταν μπαίνετε σε ένα δωμάτιο, ότι σας αξίζει να βρίσκεστε εκεί. Είτε πρόκειται για το γραφείο, είτε για ένα ραντεβού, είτε για έξοδο με τους φίλους, μια όμορφη γυναίκα δεν νιώθει ποτέ ότι κάποιος της κάνει χάρη που βρίσκεται εκεί.

3. Να φοράτε ρούχα που σας κάνουν να δείχνετε όμορφες αλλά και με τα οποία νιώθετε άνετα. Αν δεν μπορείτε να περπατήσετε καλά με ψηλοτάκουνα, μπορείτε να δείχνετε πάντα υπέροχες με τα φλατ παπούτσια σας.

4. Όταν βάφεστε μην προσπαθείτε να καλύψετε όλο σας το πρόσωπο ή να παραλλάξετε χαρακτηριστικά σας. Κάθε γυναίκα έχει κάποια όμορφα στοιχεία στην εμφάνισή της που μπορούν να αναδειχτούν με το μακιγιάζ και να την κάνουν να δείχνει ως μια καλύτερη εκδοχή του εαυτού της (και όχι ως κάποια άλλη).

5. Να έχετε περιποιημένο μανικιούρ. Διαφορετικά αφήστε τα νύχια σας άβαφτα.

6. Ακόμα κι αν δεν είστε άτομο με αυτοπεποίθηση, προσποιηθείτε μέχρι να τα καταφέρετε! Δεν λένε ότι αν πιέζετε τον εαυτό σας να γελά, στο τέλος θα γίνετε πιο χαρούμενοι; Το ίδιο ισχύει και με την αυτοπεποίθηση: Πείτε μερικά «τονωτικά» λόγια στον εαυτό σας, στον καθρέφτη, περπατήστε με το σώμα στητό και το κεφάλι ψηλά και όχι μόνο θα νιώσετε, αλλά και θα δείχνετε πιο λαμπερή!

7. Αγοράστε κάτι επειδή σας κάνει να νιώθετε ότι δείχνετε υπέροχη! Ακόμα κι αν είναι κάτι υπερβολικό ή εκκεντρικό, τι πειράζει; Σας αξίζει να δείχνετε -και κυρίως να νιώθετε- εντυπωσιακή!

8. Φροντίστε και θρέψτε σωστά το σώμα σας, γιατί κάνει τόσα για εσάς! Απολαύστε εξίσου μία χορταστική σαλάτα, καθώς και ένα ζουμερό κομμάτι πίτσα.

9. Γελάτε όταν κάτι σας φαίνεται πραγματικά αστείο και γελάτε με την ψυχή σας!

10. Χαμογελάτε πλατειά στις φωτογραφίες!

11. Μην ξεχνάτε ποτέ να λέτε «ευχαριστώ» όταν κάποιος κάνει κάτι για εσάς. Οι όμορφες γυναίκες ξέρουν πώς να κάνουν και τους ανθρώπους γύρω τους να νιώθουν όμορφα.

12. Ποτέ μην λυπάστε να ξοδέψετε χρήματα για την γυμναστική σας ή για την περιποίηση του προσώπου σας, γιατί η υγεία και η ευεξία σας πρέπει να έρχονται σε προτεραιότητα.

13. Αποδεχτείτε ό,τι σας δίνει η ζωή και αξιοποιήστε το: Αν σας «έτυχε» να έχετε κακή επιδερμίδα, φροντίστε την όσο καλύτερα γίνεται με θεραπείες και κρέμες που θα την κρατούν πάντα σε υγιή επίπεδα. Αν σας «έτυχε» να έχετε από νωρίς λευκές τρίχες στα μαλλιά, βάψτε όλα σας τα μαλλιά ασημί και δημιουργήστε ασυναγώνιστο look! Αν έχετε έντονες καμπύλες, προτιμάτε φορέματα που τονίζουν την μέση και που θα σας κάνουν να δείχνετε σαν… σεξοβόμβα!

14. Φοράτε ό,τι σας κάνει να νιώθετε και να δείχνετε όμορφη και όχι απαραίτητα ό,τι είναι στη μόδα.

15. Μία στο τόσο βρείτε χρόνο για να απολαμβάνετε πολύωρα, πολυτελή αφρόλουτρα, με αιθέρια έλαια και μάσκες για τα μαλλιά και το πρόσωπο!

16. Εκτιμήστε τον εαυτό σας στον καθρέφτη. Θαυμάστε τον εαυτό σας. Κάντε κομπλιμέντα στον εαυτό σας.

17. Όταν κάποιος σας κάνει κάποιο κομπλιμέντο, μην διστάσετε να το αποδεχθείτε με χάρη. Αυτό δεν θα σας κάνει «ψωνισμένη», αλλά θα δείξει ότι αγαπάτε τον εαυτό σας.

18. Μην ξεχνάτε το κορίτσι που κρύβετε μέσα σας και μην νιώθετε ανώριμη αν λατρεύετε το ροζ πουλόβερ σας!

19. Αφιερώστε χρόνο για να ετοιμαστείτε εν όψει μιας ιδιαίτερης περίστασης. Για να περιποιηθείτε το πρόσωπό σας με μία μάσκα λάμψης, να κάνετε σωστά αποτρίχωση, να φτιάξετε όμορφα τα μαλλιά σας. Η φροντίδα του εαυτού σας θα σας κάνει να νιώσετε ακόμα πιο όμορφη.

20. Αν εργάζεστε σκληρά, να μην ξεχνάτε να επιβραβεύετε τον εαυτό σας με όμορφα δώρα, όπως κάνετε έτσι κι αλλιώς για τους αγαπημένους σας ανθρώπους.

Στην πραγματικότητα είναι δώδεκα τρόποι για να κατανοήσεις την ζωή που ζεις και την συμπεριφορά σου και με αποφασιστικό τρόπο να προχωρήσεις μπροστά. Στον δικό σου καλύτερο τρόπο ζωής.

1. Όλα είναι όπως θα έπρεπε να είναι. Είναι τρελό πως καταλήγεις πάντα εκεί που προορίζεσαι να είσαι – πως, ακόμα και οι πιο τραγικές και αγχωτικές καταστάσεις τελικά σε διδάσκουν σημαντικά μαθήματα που ποτέ δεν είχες ονειρευτεί ότι θα είχες την ευκαιρία να μάθεις. Να θυμάσαι, πολλές φορές, όταν τα πράγματα καταρρέουν, στην πραγματικότητα βρίσκουν επιτέλους τη θέση τους.

2. Δεν μπορείς να αρχίσεις να βρεις τον αληθινό σου εαυτό, πριν χαθείς σε αυτό τον κόσμο. Το να συνειδητοποιήσεις ότι έχεις χαθεί είναι το πρώτο βήμα για να ζήσεις τη ζωή που θέλεις. Το δεύτερο βήμα είναι να αφήσεις τη ζωή που δεν θέλεις. Το να κάνεις μια μεγάλη αλλαγή στη ζωή σου είναι αρκετά τρομαχτικό. Αλλά ξέρεις τι είναι ακόμα πιο τρομαχτικό; Το να μετανιώνεις. Το όραμα χωρίς δράση είναι ονειροπόληση και η δράση χωρίς όραμα είναι ένας εφιάλτης. Η καρδιά σου είναι ελεύθερη, έχε το θάρρος να την ακολουθήσεις.

3. Είναι συνήθως ο πιο βαθύς πόνος που σε κάνει να αναπτύξεις πλήρως τις δυνατότητες σου. Είναι οι τρομαχτικές, αγχωτικές επιλογές που καταλήγουν να είναι οι πιο αξιόλογες. Χωρίς πόνο, δεν θα υπάρξει καμία αλλαγή. Αλλά να θυμάσαι, ο πόνος, όπως ακριβώς και τα πάντα στη ζωή, έχει ως στόχο να μάθεις από αυτόν και στη συνέχεια να αφεθείς ελεύθερος.

4. Μια από τις δυσκολότερες αποφάσεις που θα αντιμετωπίσεις ποτέ στη ζωή είναι το αν θα φύγεις μακριά ή θα κάνεις άλλο ένα βήμα προς τα εμπρός. Αν πιάσεις τον εαυτό σου σε ένα κύκλο να προσπαθείς να αλλάξεις κάποιον ή να προσπαθείς να υπερασπιστείς τον εαυτό σου εναντίον κάποιου που προσπαθεί να σε αλλάξει, φύγε μακριά. Αλλά, αν κυνηγάς ένα όνειρο, κάνε άλλο ένα βήμα. Και μην ξεχνάς ότι μερικές φορές αυτό το βήμα θα σε κάνει να τροποποιήσεις το όνειρο σου ή να σχεδιάσεις ένα νέο – είναι εντάξει να αλλάξεις γνώμη ή να έχεις περισσότερα από ένα όνειρα.

5. Θα πρέπει να φροντίσεις τον εαυτό σου πρώτα. Πριν γίνεις φίλος με άλλους, θα πρέπει να είσαι φίλος του εαυτού σου. Πριν αρχίσεις να διορθώνεις τους άλλους, θα πρέπει να διορθώσεις τον εαυτό σου. Πριν κάνεις τους άλλους χαρούμενους, θα πρέπει να κάνεις τον εαυτό σου χαρούμενο. Δεν λέγεται εγωισμός αυτό, λέγεται προσωπική ανάπτυξη. Μόλις βρεις μια ισορροπία μέσα σου, μπορείς να ισορροπήσεις και τον κόσμο γύρω σου.

6. Μια από τις μεγαλύτερες ελευθερίες είναι το να μην νοιάζεσαι για το τι σκέφτονται όλοι οι άλλοι για εσένα. Όσο ανησυχείς για το τι σκέφτονται οι άλλοι για εσένα, τους ανήκεις. Μόνο όταν δεν απαιτείς έγκριση από οποιονδήποτε άλλο εκτός του εαυτού σου μπορείς να ανήκεις σε εσένα.

7. Μπορεί να χρειαστεί να μείνεις για λίγο μόνος πριν συνειδητοποιήσεις ότι, αν και τα αντικείμενα από τις αποτυχημένες σχέσεις σου μπορεί να μην μοιράστηκαν ισόποσα, τα ζητήματα που κατέστρεψαν τις σχέσεις πιθανόν μοιράστηκαν. Γιατί, πως μπορείς να σταθείς μόνος σου με αυτοπεποίθηση ή να δεις τα ίδια ζητήματα στην νεότερη σχέση σου και να μην συνειδητοποιείς τα σπασμένα κομμάτια που σου ανήκουν; Το να συνειδητοποιείς τα ζητήματα σου και να τα αντιμετωπίζεις, θα σε κάνει πολύ πιο ευτυχισμένο άτομο μακροπρόθεσμα, από οτιδήποτε άλλο στον κόσμο.

8. Το μόνο πράγμα που μπορείς να ελέγξεις απόλυτα είναι το πώς θα αντιδράσεις στα πράγματα που δεν μπορείς να ελέγξεις. Όσο περισσότερο μπορείς να προσαρμοστείς στις καταστάσεις της ζωής, τόσο πιο ψηλά θα ανεβαίνεις και τόσο πιο γρήγορα θα είσαι σε θέση να ανακάμψεις από τις πτώσεις.

9. Κάποιοι άνθρωποι θα σου πουν ψέματα. Να θυμάσαι, ένας ειλικρινής εχθρός είναι καλύτερος από ένα φίλο που ψεύδεται. Δείξε λιγότερη προσοχή σε αυτά που οι άνθρωποι λένε και περισσότερη προσοχή σε αυτά που κάνουν. Οι ενέργειες τους θα σου δείξουν την αλήθεια, η οποία θα σε βοηθήσει να μετρήσεις την πραγματική ποιότητα της σχέσης σας σε μια μακροπρόθεσμη βάση.

10. Αν επικεντρωθείς σε αυτά που δεν έχεις, ποτέ δεν θα έχεις αρκετά. Αν είναι ευγνώμων για αυτά που έχεις, θα καταλήξεις να έχεις ακόμα περισσότερα. Η ευτυχία δεν βρίσκεται ούτε στις ιδιοκτησίες, ούτε στο χρυσό. Η ευτυχία κατοικεί στη ψυχή. Η αφθονία δεν είναι το πόσα έχεις, είναι το πώς αισθάνεσαι για αυτά που έχεις. Όταν παίρνεις τα πράγματα για δεδομένα, η ευτυχία φεύγει μακριά.

11. Ναι, έχεις αποτύχει στο παρελθόν. Αλλά μην κρίνεις τον εαυτό σου από το παρελθόν, δεν ζεις εκεί πια. Απλά επειδή δεν είσαι εκεί που θα ήθελες να είσαι σήμερα, αυτό δεν σημαίνει ότι δεν θα είσαι εκεί κάποια μέρα. Μπορείς να μετατρέψεις τα πάντα γύρω σου εν ριπή οφθαλμού κάνοντας μια απλή επιλογή – να σηκωθείς, να προσπαθήσεις ξανά, να αγαπήσεις και πάλι, να ζήσεις ξανά και να ονειρευτείς ξανά.

12. Ναι, τα πάντα θα πάνε καλά. Ίσως όχι σήμερα, αλλά τελικά. Θα υπάρξουν στιγμές που φαίνεται ότι όλα όσα θα μπορούσαν να πάνε στραβά, πάνε στραβά. Και μπορεί να νιώθεις σαν να είσαι κολλημένος εκεί για πάντα, αλλά δεν θα είσαι. Σίγουρα, ο ήλιος σταματάει να λάμπει κάποιες φορές και μπορεί να βρεθείς σε μια τεράστια καταιγίδα ή δύο, αλλά τελικά ο ήλιος θα βγει και θα λάμψει και πάλι. Μερικές φορές εξαρτάται από εμάς, να μείνουμε όσο το δυνατόν πιο θετικοί γίνεται ώστε να καταφέρουμε να δούμε και πάλι τις ακτίνες του ήλιου μέσα από τα σύννεφα.
