30 μοναδικές γέφυρες που πρέπει να διασχίσετε όσο ζείτε!
Υπάρχει κάτι το αιθέριο στις γέφυρες: είναι θαύματα της μηχανικής και του σχεδιασμού, ενώνουν μέρη και ανθρώπους που χωρίς αυτές θα ζούσαν χώρια.Κι όταν διασχίζει κανείς μια γέφυρα, βρίσκεται να αιωρείται σε μια ενδιάμεση απόσταση από το σημείο που βρίσκεται στο σημείο που θέλει να μεταβεί.
Αν το σκεφτεί κανείς, είναι φοβερή εμπειρία! Πόσο μάλλον, αν αναλογιστούμε πόσοι συμβολισμοί κρύβονται πίσω από τον όρο γέφυρα! Ταξίδια, μεταβάσεις, επικοινωνία και θρύλοι.
Δείτε μερικές από τις πιο όμορφες γέφυρες που υπάρχουν στον κόσμο. Μπορεί να μην είναι όλες μεγάλες, αλλά είναι γοητευτικές. Ίσως να μην είναι όλες σύγχρονες, αλλά είναι τόσο παλιές που κουβαλάνε στο σώμα τους τη γνώση των αιώνων.
1.) Γέφυρα της Αιωνιότητας, Stockton-on-Tees, Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο
Τα ασύμμετρα τόξα της πεζοποδηλατογέφυρας που βλέπετε της χάρισαν τρία βραβεία: σχεδιασμού, μηχανικής και οικολογικού σχεδιασμού.
2.) Φεγγαρογέφυρα, Taipei, Taiwan
Μια γέφυρα που εναρμονίζεται με τα ήρεμα νερά της Μεγάλης Λίμνης DaHu στην Taipei. Αν και το πάρκο βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στην βιομηχανική περιοχή της πόλης, δύσκολα το φαντάζεται κανείς…

4.) Puente Nuevo, Ronda, Ισπανία
Αυτή η τεράστια γέφυρα ενώνει τα δυο μέρη της πόλης Ronda και από το 1751 που άρχισε η κατασκευή της χρειάστηκαν 42 χρόνια για να ολοκληρωθεί. Το δωμάτιο που βρίσκεται πάνω από το κεντρικό τόξο ήταν φυλακή και θάλαμος βασανιστηρίων.
5.) Φεγγαρογέφυρα, Ferrara, Ιταλία
Η αντανάκλαση του φωτισμένου τόξου στα νερά, δημιουργεί αυτή την ψευδαίσθηση φεγγαριού, άλλωστε γι’ αυτό ονομάζονται και φεγγαρογέφυρες οι κατασκευές αυτής της μορφής.
6.) Dyavolski Most, Ardino, Βουλγαρία
Αυτή η Τούρκικη Διαβολογέφυρα χτίστηκε το 1515. Το πλάτος της είναι μόλις 11 πόδια.
7.) Banpo Bridge, Seoul, Νότια Κορέα
Το νερό που ανακυκλώνεται από το ποτάμι Ham, εκτοξεύεται σε μήκος 43 μέτρα οριζόντια και γι’ αυτό η γέφυρα έχει ονομαστεί Το Συντριβάνι του Ουράνιου τόξου του Φεγγαριού.
8.) Μια γέφυρα για ζώα, Ολλανδία
Στην Ολλανδία σέβονται τα ζώα και τους εξασφαλίζουν μια ασφαλή γέφυρα που διασχίζει τους οδικούς άξονες.
9.) Pont de Singe, Tatton Park, Αγγλία
Το όνομά της σημαίνει Γέφυρα των Πιθήκων και κατασκευάστηκε από τον Γάλλο καλλιτέχνη Olivier Grossetête (“Μεγαλοκέφαλος”). Στηρίζεται από μπαλόνια με ήλιο και υποτίθεται πως μπορεί να αντέξει το βάρος ενός ατόμου αλλά οι υπεύθυνοι του πάρκου δεν θέλουν να το ρισκάρουν.
10.) San Juan de Gastelugatxe, Bermeo, Basque Country, Ισπανία
Η πόλη ενώνεται με αυτό το νησάκι μέσω της πέτρινης γέφυρας που βλέπετε. Στο νησί υπάρχει ένα μοναστήρι μοναχών του 10ου αιώνα και ένας ναός των Ιπποτών.
11.) Langkawi Sky Bridge, Μαλαισία
Αυτή η θεαματική γέφυρα είναι γεμάτη στροφές μήκους 700 μέτρων. Η πρόσβαση σε αυτήν γίνεται με τελεφερίκ από το βουνό Gunung Mat Chinchang
12.) Ερείπιο αρχαίας γέφυρας, Νότια Γαλλία
Στη Νότια Γαλλία, εκτός από την υπόλοιπη Ευρώπη μπορείτε να συναντήσετε πολλές τέτοιες γέφυρες, που είναι κατάλοιπα από την Ρωμαϊκή αυτοκρατορία.
13.) Φεγγαρογέφυρα, San Francisco, ΗΠΑ
Μπορεί να δείχνει στιβαρή, αλλά κι αυτή η φεγγαρογέφυρα θέλει αρκετή προσοχή κατά την …ανάβαση. Σε αυτό εξυπηρετούν οι ξύλινες ακτίνες της κουπαστής.
14.) Cangas de Onís, Asturias, Ισπανία
Η περίφημη Ρωμαϊκή Γέφυρα έχει μια τεράστια ιστορία που μαζί με της πόλης που βρίσκεται χάνεται στα βάθη των αρχών του Μεσαίωνα.
15.) Stari Most, Mostar, Βοσνία
Η γέφυρα Stari Most (“Παλιά Γέφυρα”) είναι μια ανακατασκευή της αυθεντικής Οθωμανικής που χτίστηκε τον 16ο αιώνα. Καταστράφηκε στον Πόλεμο μεταξύ Βοσνίας-Κροατίας το 1993, ενώ στεκόταν εκεί ήδη 400 χρόνια. Το 2004 ολοκληρώθηκαν οι εργασίες ανακατασκευής της.
16.) Xiying Γέφυρα-Ουράνιο τόξο, Penghu, Taiwan
Μπορεί να δείχνει μια απλή πεζογέφυρα την ημέρα, αλλά το βράδυ είναι πραγματικά υπερθέαμα. Τα πολύχρωμα φώτα καθρεφτίζουν τόσο την κατασκευή όσο και το νερό από κάτω.
17.) Fort de Roovere, Halsteren, Ολλανδία
Η Γέφυρα του Μωυσή, όπως την αποκαλούν επειδή χωρίζει τα ύδατα στη μέση, σχεδιάστηκε ώστε να μην διακόπτει οπτικά το ιστορικό τοπίο.
18.) Charles Bridge, Prague, Δημοκρατία της Τσεχίας
Οι μύθοι λένε πως την πρώτη πέτρα της γέφυρας την τοποθέτησε ο ίδιος ο Βασιλιάς Κάρολος ο 4ος στις 5:31 το πρωί της 19ης Ιουλίου του 1357.
19.) Γέφυρα του Δράκου, Da Nang, Βιετνάμ
Ολοκληρώθηκε το 2009 και διασχίζει το ποτάμι Han.Κάθε βράδυ στις 9, ο δράκος φωτίζεται και “πετάει” φλόγες…
20.) Rakotzbrücke, Kromlau, Γερμανία
Μπορεί να δείχνει πολύ παλιά, αλλά η συγκεκριμένη γέφυρα χτίστηκε το 1860. Οι γέφυρες αυτού του τύπου ονομάζονται Διαβολογέφυρες και χρονολογούνται από το Μεσαίωνα. Χρωστάνε το όνομά τους στο στενό τους πέρασμα και την τρομακτική τους κατασκευή.
21.) Γέφυρα της Ελευθερίας, Budapest, Ουγγαρία
Η Βουδαπέστη αποτελείται από δύο τμήματα, τη Βούδα και την Πέστη, οι οποίες ενώνονται με αυτή τη γέφυρα που διασχίζει τον ποταμό Danube. Οι 4 πύργοι της γέφυρας που μετά βίας φαίνονται όταν έχει ομίχλη, έχουν στις κορυφές τους ένα Turul, το περίφημο γεράκι της Ουγγρικής μυθολογίας.
22.) Γέφυρα της Ειρήνης, Tbilisi, Γεωργία
Διασχίζοντας το ποτάμι Kura στην πρωτεύουσα της Γεωργίας, Tbilisi, η όμορφη αυτή γέφυρα συνδέει την παλιά με την καινούρια πόλη. Ο φωτισμός για τους πεζούς ενεργοποιείται με αισθητήρες. Το σχήμα της υποτίθεται ότι μιμείται κάποιο θαλάσσιο ζώο.
23.) Γέφυρα της Νεράιδας, Σκωτία
“Νεραϊδογέφυρες” όπως η εικονιζόμενη μπορεί να συναντήσετε πολλές στη Σκωτία. Στην μυθολογία, θεωρούνται σημεία συνάντησης μυθικών πλασμάτων, αλλά και πύλες σε διαφορετικούς κόσμους.
24.) Constantine’s Bridge, Αλγερία
Η πόλη Constantine, στην Algeria, είναι γνωστή με το ψευδώνυμο “πόλη των γεφυρών”, φυσικά γιατί είναι γεμάτη γέφυρες όλων των ειδών, των τεχνικών κατασκευής και των μεγεθών. Αυτή που βλέπετε εδώ χρονολογείται από τον 19ο αιώνα και ακριβώς κάτω από αυτήν υπάρχει ακόμα μία.
25.) Capilano Suspension Bridge, Vancouver, BC, Καναδάς
Η κρεμαστή γέφυρα που βλέπετε αιωρείται 70 μέτρα πάνω από το ποτάμι Capilano. Από το 1889, που κατασκευάστηκε πρώτη φορά, έχει ανακατασκευαστεί πολλές φορές.
26.) Γέφυρα στα σύννεφα, Mt. Rainier, Washington, ΗΠΑ
Είναι η μοναδική γέφυρα σε αυτή τη λίστα που φτιάχτηκε όχι από τον άνθρωπο αλλά από τη φύση.
27.) High Trestle Bridge, Iowa, ΗΠΑ
Ο σχεδιασμός της είναι προς τιμήν των ανθρακωρύχων που δούλευαν στην περιοχή. Η γέφυρα είναι μέρος του σιδηροδρομικού δικτύου της Iowa.
28.) Shahara Bridge, Υεμένη
Χτισμένη από το 1600, αυτή η γέφυρα χρησιμοποιείται από τους ντόπιους μέχρι σήμερα, ενώνοντας τις πόλεις που βρίσκονται στην κορυφή του βουνού.
29.) Γέφυρα από ρίζες δέντρων, Ινδία
Οι γέφυρες από ρίζες δέντρων είναι συχνές στην Ινδία και η ηλικία τους χάνεται στα βάθη του χρόνου…
30.) Γέφυρα στο δάσος, Alishan Mountain, Taiwan
Κρυμμένη ανάμεσα στα βουνά, αυτή η πεζογέφυρα είναι τμήμα ενός συνόλου 80 άλλων γεφυρών που χρησιμοποιούνται για τη μεταφορά ξυλείας.

Κανείς δεν είναι πλούσιος αν είναι άκληρος και καμία δεν είναι ωραία όταν είναι ανόητη και κανένας δεν είναι χαρούμενος όταν είναι κακός.
Να ζεις με πλήθουσα γύρω σου τη σιωπή και τα λόγια σου, όταν χρειάζουνται, να πέφτουν μετρημένα σαν τις καμπάνες της Μεγάλης Παρασκευής…
Να γελάς όταν τα πράγματα γίνονται απότομα σοβαρά και στο βουβό σχήμα των προσώπων γράφεται μια πολύ μακρινή προσδοκία. Έτσι που να φαίνεται ότι υπάρχει το βάθος. Και να θλίβεσαι, όταν το γελοίο διατρέχοντας όλα τα στάδια έκφρασής του, φτάνει στο αδιέξοδο: ντρέπεται δηλαδή τον ίδιο τον εαυτό του.
Να σέβεσαι ένα δέντρο περισσότερο από ένα βιβλίο. Ακόμη και όταν το τελευταίο είναι οι Ωδές του Κάλβου. Κι αν δεις ένα μικρό μυρμήγκι να τραβάει στη δουλειά του, είναι χρήσιμο να συλλογιστείς ότι το έργο που κάνει δεν είναι μικρότερο από μια σπουδαία αγόρευση του μεγάλου Βενιζέλου στη Βουλή.
Πάντα να τρως την ώρα που λησμόνησες πως πεινάς.
Γεννιόμαστε μέσα στην υποκρισία, μεγαλώνουμε μαζί της, την σπουδάζουμε με ζήλο, την διδάσκουμε με φανατισμό. Και όταν πεθαίνουμε, την αφήνουμε τρίτη Διαθήκη στα παιδιά μας.
Ο προσωκρατικός αιώνας, είναι η αψηλότερη στιγμή της ανθρώπινης συνείδησης.
Όταν κοιτάζεις τα βουνά -τον Ταύγετο, τον Ακροκόρινθο, το Δρίσκο- και κουβεντολογάς μαζί τους, να μην απορείς που δεν σου αποκρίνονται. Η σιωπή τους είναι τα λόγια όλων εκείνων που τα κοίταξαν πριν από σένα.
Από την κλασσική Ελλάδα οι άνθρωποι πήραν όσα δεν κατάλαβαν.
Εάν o ευρωπαϊκός μηδενισμός σημαίνει την άρνηση και την παρακμή, τον εκφυλισμό, τη σήψη, τη φθορά, και την απαισιοδοξία, το πνεύμα του Νίτσε είναι σε όλα αυτά το ακριβώς αντίθετο. Το γεγονός ότι του φόρτωσαν ο,τι ακριβώς δεν έχει, και ο,τι καταμήνυσε στους άλλους, πηγάζει από την ψυχολογία του κλέφτη, που φωνάζει για να φοβηθεί ο νοικοκύρης.
Κανένας σοβαρός μελετητής του κλασικού κόσμου δεν θά ‘χε να δείξει κάποιον άνθρωπο ή λαό που κλείστηκε στον λαβύρινθο της απελπισίας και πάλεψε τον Μινώταυρο του ανθρώπινου πόνου, ηρωικότερα και σεμνότερα από τους Έλληνες.
Οι πλούσιοι ποτέ δεν ρωτούν, αν αξίζουν εκείνο που κατέχουν. Οι πένηντες ποτέ δεν στοχάζουνται, τι είναι εκείνο που ζητούν.
Η εικόνα της ταφής ενός ακαδημαϊκού με στεφάνια, επικήδειους, βιβλία συλλυπητηρίων κλπ, είναι διαφορετική από την εικόνα μιας μανιάτισσας που μοιρολογεί τον άντρα της. Η ευαισθησία του λαού είναι άλλο πράγμα από την υπεροψία των διανοουμένων.
Χωρίς λίγη ανταρσία στο αίσθημα, λίγη τρέλα στο μυαλό, λίγον ίλιγγον που φέρνουν τα κοφτερά βράχια και τα φωτερά μετέωρα, χωρίς κάποιους οραματικούς σπασμούς και μερικές ενδείξεις μοναχικού παραμιλητού, δεν είναι εύκολο να ξεμακρύνει κανείς από την πεπατημένη.
Όταν δεν υπάρχει γύρω μας τίποτα το αληθινό, πως να υποψιαστούμε ότι όλα είναι ψεύτικα;

Πως μπορούμε να διαμορφώσουμε το χώρο μας έτσι ώστε να διώξουμε την αρνητική ενέργεια και να πετύχουμε αυτά που θέλουμε στη ζωή μας.
Αν θέλετε και εσείς να καλυτερέψετε την καθημερινότητα σας, τόσο στην προσωπική όσο και στην επαγγελματική σας ζωή δεν έχετε παρά μόνο να αλλάξετε στο χώρο σας μερικά πράγματα που πολλές φορές μπλοκάρουν τη θετική ενέργεια.
2) Πρέπει να ξεφορτωθούμε τα αντικείμενα κάτω από το κρεβάτι μας που δημιουργούν ακαταστασία. Ένας καλός ύπνος είναι το κλειδί για μία καλή μέρα και μία καλή ζωή, γι’ αυτό το κρεβάτι μας πρέπει να μην έχει πράγματα από κάτω του για να έχουμε μία καλή ενέργεια στο χώρο μας.
3) Οι καθρέφτες είναι ένα διακοσμητικό που όλοι επιλέγουμε για να ομορφύνουμε το χώρο μας και γιατί φυσικά είναι χρήσιμοι καθημερινά για να βλέπουμε τους εαυτούς μας. ΄Όμως προσοχή, ένας καθρέφτης που μας «κόβει» στη μέση εκπέμπει αρνητική ενέργεια, το ίδιο και ένας vintage καθρέφτης ο οποίος παρόλο που μπορεί να αποτελέσει ένα ωραίο διακοσμητικό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα πολλές φορές να μην συμβαίνουν ξεκάθαρα ή ολοκληρωμένα πράγματα στη ζωή μας αν αυτός ο καθρέφτης δεν έχει μία καθαρή εικόνα.
4) Το γραφείο, το κρεβάτι και οι καρέκλες που συνηθίζουμε να καθόμαστε στο χώρο μας, πρέπει να είναι με τέτοιο τρόπο τοποθετημένα ώστε να έχουμε πλήρη έλεγχο του δωματίου. Αφήστε την πλάτη σας να κοιτάει την πόρτα και επικεντρωθείτε στον έλεγχο του δωματίου σας.
5) Το τελευταίο και πιο σημαντικό απ’ όλα είναι να έχετε ένα χώρο καθαρό από σκόνη και περιττά αντικείμενα. Πετάξτε αντικείμενα που δεν χρησιμοποιείτε, ρούχα που δεν φοράτε, ηλεκτρονικές συσκευές τις οποίες τόσα χρόνια τις έχετε και απλά πιάνουν χώρο. Όταν ελευθερώσετε το χώρο σας από τα περιττά αντικείμενα, στέλνετε μήνυμα στο σύμπαν πως είστε έτοιμοι και αναζητάτε κάτι καινούργιο, πως εμπιστεύεστε το σύμπαν και αναμένετε αυτό που είναι έτοιμο να σας προσφέρει.

Η αγκαλιά είναι ένα από τα πιο καταπληκτικά πράγματα που η φύση σχεδίασε για μας.
Κάθε άνθρωπος έστω και για μια φορά στη ζωή του έχει βιώσει την έντονη επιθυμία να αγκαλιάσει κάποιον. Αυτή η ανάγκη μπορεί να προκληθεί είτε από αγάπη, είτε από αίσθημα άνεσης με κάποιον είτε από μοναξιά.
Είναι γεγονός ότι η αγκαλιά ενισχύει τις σχέσεις μας. Έχει πέρασε από το μυαλό σας ότι ίσως υπάρχει επιστημονική εξήγηση γι ‘αυτό; Λοιπόν, υπάρχει!

Οι αγκαλιές διεγείρουν την παραγωγή της ωκυτοκίνης, η οποία μερικές φορές αναφέρεται ως “συγκόλλητική ορμόνη” επειδή μας δίνει την αίσθηση της ενσυναίσθησης, της εμπιστοσύνης, της σεξουαλικής επιθυμίας και ένα σωρό άλλων συναισθημάτων που προκαλεί μια υγιής σχέση.

1. Ενισχύει το συναισθηματικό δεσμό και την αγάπη

Οι ερευνητές υποστηρίζουν ότι τα φιλιά και οι αγκαλιές μετά το σεξ είναι σημαντικά για τους εταίρους ώστε να αισθάνονται πιο ευτυχισμένοι και ικανοποιημένοι. Αυτό έχει μεγάλη σημασία για τα ζευγάρια με παιδιά, για τα οποία το ειδύλλιο δεν μπορεί πλέον να αποτελεί την ύψιστη προτεραιότητα. Λίγος χρόνος για χάδια, φιλιά και συζήτηση μετά το σεξ έχει αποδειχθεί ότι αυξάνει την ικανοποίηση της σεξουαλικής εμπειρίας. Και μην ξεχνάτε – η αγκαλιά πολύ συχνά οδηγεί σε δεύτερο γύρο!
3. Διώχνει το άγχος
Σύμφωνα με ένα πείραμα, που διεξήχθη από τη θεραπεύτρια και ερευνήτρια Beate Ditzen, η οξυτοκίνη “χτυπάει” την κορτιζόλη, την ορμόνη του στρες. Σήμερα το άγχος είναι η πιο κοινή “ασθένεια” μεταξύ των σύγχρονων ανθρώπων. Απαλλαγμένοι από τα βλαβερά συναισθήματα, μπορούμε να μειώσουμε τον κίνδυνο καρδιακής προσβολής. Έτσι, αντί να καταναλώσουμε ένα κοκτέιλ από χάπια για να αισθανθούμε καλύτερα, μπορούμε απλά να πάρουμε κάποιον που αγαπάμε μια αγκαλιά.
4. Ανακουφίζει από τον πόνο
Ας πάμε πίσω όταν ήμασταν μικρά παιδιά. Θυμάστε, όταν χρειαζόμασταν κάποιον να μας φιλάει και να μας αγκαλιάζει όταν παθαίναμε κάτι; Τότε πιστεύαμε στη μαγική δύναμη των μαμάδων και μπαμπάδων που μπορούσε να πάρει μακριά τον πόνο. Τώρα πιστεύουμε στην μαγική δύναμη της ωκυτοκίνης. Η ορμόνη που μας κάνει να αισθανόμαστε καλά έχει αποδειχθεί ότι απαλύνει τον πόνο, οπότε μια καλή δόση αγκαλιάς μπορεί πραγματικά να κάνει σωματικό πόνο να εξαφανιστεί ή τουλάχιστον να τον κάνει πολύ πιο υποφερτό.
5. Ενισχύει το ανοσοποιητικό σύστημα
Υπάρχει ένας ισχυρός δεσμός μεταξύ του εγκεφάλου και του ανοσοποιητικού συστήματος, και ως εκ τούτου ό,τι υπάρχει στο κεφάλι μας επηρεάζει την υγεία μας θετικά ή αρνητικά. Σύμφωνα με την Shara Cohen το να παραμένουμε ήρεμοι, αισιόδοξοι, το να εκφράζουμε τα συναισθήματά μας και το να έχουμε στενές προσωπικές σχέσεις αποτελούν πολύ καλούς τρόπους για να ενισχύσουμε το ανοσοποιητικό μας σύστημα και να διατηρήσουμε μια καλή υγεία. Τα καλά νέα είναι ότι η αγκαλιά μπορεί να μας δώσει τα ίδια αποτελέσματα. Εμείς το μόνο που χρειάζεται να κάνουμε είναι μια αγκαλιά!
6. Μας βοηθά να κοιμηθούμε
Όπως έχουμε ήδη πει, η ωκυτοκίνη αντιμετωπίζει τις συνέπειες της κορτιζόλης (η ορμόνη του στρες). Έτσι λοιπόν όταν απελευθερώνεται στον εγκέφαλο προωθεί την ποιότητα του ύπνου μας διότι η απελευθέρωση της στον οργανισμό μας έχει σαν αποτέλεσμα μας κάνει να αισθανόμαστε πιο ήρεμοι και γαλήνιοι.
